Hi! My name is Valerie. I am a wife, mom, paralegal, and owner of Owl Chic. The reason I started this business was to empower women through life’s highs and lows, motherhood, infertility, and postpartum by spreading encouragement, positivity, and sharing the Gospel.

I know firsthand that life isn’t always easy. I struggled with infertility for three years before my husband and I were blessed with two children through our IVF journey. That season taught me
the power of letting go and trusting God. After the birth of our daughter, I also took a leap to explore my creative side and encourage women, whether they were thriving or simply needing a little boost.

In 2024, I experienced the unimaginable loss of our daughter. Walking through that grief has reshaped my heart and deepened my purpose for Owl Chic. I chose to continue this business not only as part of my own healing but also in the hope of encouraging others who may be carrying pain and loss. Through my work, I want to remind women that
they are not alone, that even in the darkest valleys, there is still hope, light, and community.

My hope is that Owl Chic can be a place where women find strength, encouragement, and connection, whether in seasons of joy or seasons of sorrow. I hope you’ll join me on this journey as we lift one another up and continue to find beauty even in broken places.
