We hope that you love all your purchases from Owl Chic. All sales are FINAL. Each item is made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns. Please review each item and description before purchasing, including sizing and the size guides. However, if there is an issue with your order, please message us; we will do our best to make it right.
DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and
contact us within three (3) business days if your item(s) are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item or are missing an item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please note that color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photo effects do not qualify as damaged.
LOST PACKAGES:
Owl Chic is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked them as delivered. Owl Chic is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package leaves the Owl Chic office.
